Kilmar Abrego Garcia has surrendered to immigration authorities in Baltimore and faces possible efforts by the Trump administration to deport him to Uganda.

BALTIMORE — Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who reunited with his family last week after 160 days apart following his mistaken deportation to El Salvador, was taken into ICE custody Monday after an immigration check-in, his attorney said.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, accused of MS-13 ties and human smuggling, was arrested by ICE in Baltimore and now faces deportation to Uganda.
