On Monday at 10:08 p.m. EDT the National Weather Service issued a flood advisory in effect until Tuesday at 1 a.m. EDT for Muskegon County.

The NWS Raleigh NC issued an updated flood advisory at 10:12 p.m. on Monday in effect until 11:45 p.m. for Edgecombe County.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Heavy rain fell across the Chicago area Monday night and Tuesday morning. In DeKalb County, some people had to pump the water out and in Lockport, just as flood waters receded, another heavy round of rain came through once again. Flood Advisories remain in effect for much of the area until 10:30 a.m.

The National Weather Service released a flood warning at 11:55 p.m. on Sunday in effect until Monday at 4 a.m. for Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties.

The NWS Wilmington NC issued a flood advisory at 6:59 p.m. on Monday in effect until 9 p.m. for Robeson County.

A FORECAST FIRST ALERT remains in effect Monday morning due to heavy rain and the potential for flooding. However, the threat of more rain and flooding is starting to wane.
