The NHL announced discipline for Anaheim Ducks forward Frank Vatrano after Friday’s game against the Dallas Stars. The league fined Vatrano $5,000 for unsportsmanlike conduct. That amount is the maximum allowed under the collective bargaining agreement (CBA).

Werenski had to be helped off the ice in Anaheim after blocking a late shot in another painful loss for Columbus.

Vatrano was assessed 16 minutes of penalty time for his slash and takedown of Robertson in the Stars’ blowout win Friday.
